We feel we have paired the fillings to compliment the sponge flavour but if you would like to swap the filling for something different on the list, please do!

Please note that all our cakes are finished and in most cases, decorated, in white chocolate Ganache. This can be changed to Buttercream but is less stable, especially in warmer weather.
